Here at The Haven Hostel we specialize in managing a variety of group bookings and venue rentals for groups of minimum 10, to maximum 26. From traveling sports teams, environmental and church groups, to bachelorette parties. The Haven Team can tailor your booking to ensure you have the absolute best Thunder Bay experience.
Group bookings have access to the entire hostel from our beautiful courtyard with fire pit (summer) and BBQ (all year), to our cozy common area filled with comfy couches and large dining table. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, flatware and utensils to make you feel at home. Best of all, Mom and Dad, The coaches, Wax Technicians, Teachers, Physiotherapists... can sneak some time for themselves to relax.
Our mixture of beautiful queen rooms and family friendly dormitories creates the perfect dynamic for any kind of group.

PRICING
Groups of 10 or more receive 10% off their stay. Seasonal discounts for multiple days. Entire venue rental packages starting at $1350 winter, $1500 summer per night for 10-26 people. Add-ons include large breakfast, daily housekeeping, projector screen for meetings/movies, pizza night from Eat Local Pizza, and… puppy cuddles.

Feel right at home with your private space while still having access to all the communical activities. If you need a more quiet workspace, some of our rooms comes with a desk and reading light for late night trip planning.
6 person bedrooms with spacious PODs!
We have two beautiful POD dormitories. These unique POD style accommodations can also be purchased in family style for a stellar 6 person deal.
4 person bedrooms in a classic bunk bed style!
We have two beautiful railstyle dormitories. These dorms can also be purchased in family style for an amazing 4 person deal on their own.
